Terms of Service

• You can pay via Paypal and Revolut only.
• Accepted currency: USD, PLN.
• It's best to contact me via e-mail and Discord. You can also do it via X and Facebook DM's. Keep in mind, that I don't regularly check DMs on other sites than mentioned.
• Piece of art that I made will be signed by my nickname. You can't hide that or alter it to claim the piece as your own artwork.
• Normally, commissioned artwork will be posted on my social media. If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.
• All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. You can't use it in printed merchandise meant to be sold. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.
• As a client, you have my permission to repost the artwork wherever you like as long as my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
• Provide at least one visual reference of your character. Keep in mind that I will not be designing a character for you. I accept 'photo' of your fursona, but if visual reference/photo is not clear, I may be not able to reproduce the character's design accurately.

• Credit is appreciated if you use my work as an icon/banner/etc.

MY WORK SHALL NOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs OR OTHERWISE APROPRIATED.

Workflow process

• When working on a piece of art, I will show you a sketch - this is called 'sketch approval stage'. After that you will be given 48h to pay or commission will be canceled.
• If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
• During sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
  • After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.
  • If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

Payment

• You can choose one of two variants of the payment described below:
• Variant 1: 1/2 deposit
  • Pay half of the money as an deposit during sketch approval stage. Second half can be paid when the art piece will be finished.
  • Note that without payment (second half), I will not send you finished artwork. Only I can do is to show it watermarked and in low quality.
• Variant 2: instant full payment
  • Pay full amount of money during sketch approval stage.

Refund policy

• If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
• If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. I do have a rough basis for refunds:
  • Sketch: 90%
  • Line: 50%
  • Line and Flat Color: 0%
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
• If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.

• Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any sexual or suggestive context
